Fantasy Character PORTRAITS AND TOKENS 1 (English)

ROLEARTS continues its parsimonious but constant and faithful cmarch. My first graphic product aimed at private, personal, non commercial use by particular game groups is set in the universe of investigation, terror and the 20s, very typical of Role-playing games. But, of course, no less typical of them is the world of sword and sorcery, Tolkienesque adventure and almost mythological stories.

Fantasy Character Portraits and Tokens 1 is a 42 portraits collection, all possible PCs and NPCs made ad hoc by artist Luis Miguez. I have made these drawings thinking about the classic MERP  and its (smaller? older?) brother Rolemaster, but also in the new Against the Dark Master  that my beloved Other Selves are going to publish in Spanish, in The One Ring and in the Lord of the Rings/D&D 5th edition. Elves, dwarves, warriors, witches and rangers, but also orcs, goblins and wraiths -42 images go a long way...

These images are presented as a collection of tokens and as a 3-page PDF document.

The tokens, useful for online gaming sessions on platforms like ROLL20, are presented as round and square images (in 72 pps color png file).

The PDF pages could be printed and its B/W 300 pps images cutted out and attached to character sheets, or to heavy cardboard or cardstock to be used as counters or markers. They can also simply be used as a visual aid when describing PCs and NPCs to the players.

Fantasy Character PORTRAITS AND TOKENS 1 (Castellano)

ROLEARTS sigue su marcha parsimoniosa pero fiel y constante. Mi primera propuesta gráfica dirigida al uso de grupos de juego particulares está ambientada en el universo de la investigación, el terror y los años 20, muy típica de los juegos de Rol. Pero, desde luego, no menos típico de ellos es el mundo de la espada y brujería, la  aventura tolkienesca y lo casi mitológico.

Fantasy Character Portraits and Tokens 1 es una colección de 42 retratos de  posibles PJs y PNJs realizados ad hoc por el artista Luis Miguez. He realizado estos dibujos pensado en el clásico MERP y en su hermano (¿pequeño? ¿mayor?) Rolemaster, pero también en el nuevo Against the Dark Master que van a editar mis queridos Other Selves, en El Anillo Único y en el Señor de los Anillos/D&D 5ª edición. Elfos, enanos, guerreros, brujos y montaraces... pero también orcos, goblins y espectros. 42 imágenes dan para mucho... 

Estas imágenes se presentan como una colección de tokens y como un documento PDF de 3 páginas.

Los tokens, útiles para sesiones de juego en línea en plataformas como ROLL20, se presentan como imágenes redondas y cuadradas (en archivo png de 72 pps en color).

Las páginas PDF (en blanco y negro a 300 pps) se pueden imprimir y  recortar para adjuntar las imágenes a las consabidas hojas de personaje, o para pegarlas en cartón o cartulina gruesa y usarlas como fichas o marcadores. También se pueden utilizar simplemente como ayuda visual al describir los PC y NPC a los jugadores
