ES Este año es el 100º aniversario de "Nosferatu", la película de F. W. Murnau. Una película que cambió el cine, el género del terror e incluso la mitología popular (desde ella, el sol mata a los vampiros). El principal responsable de su impresionante estética fue el artista, diseñador y esoterista Albin Grau, autor también del arte con el que se promocionó su estreno en Alemania, en 1922 (por cierto, en los USA no se estrenó hasta 1929 y, en España, hasta 1931...).
Mi pequeña aportación a los fastos fantásticos es, precisamente, esta versión personal del más famoso cartel de Albin Grau.
EN This year is the 100th anniversary of "Nosferatu", the film by F. W. Murnau. A film that changed cinema, the horror genre and even popular mythology (since it, the sun kills vampires). The main person responsible for its impressive aesthetics was the artist, designer and esotericist Albin Grau, also the author of the art with which its premiere was promoted in Germany, in 1922 (by the way, in the USA it was not released until 1929 and, in Spain, until 1931...).
My little contribution to this fantastic celebration is, precisely, this personal version of the most famous Albin Grau movie poster.
